What are your payment terms and conditions?
RockBuster® International requires a 50% down payment to start production on a order, with the remaining balance paid within 30 days of notification when the order is completed and before order is shipped or pickup. If balances are not paid within 30 days and no other arrangements have been made, RockBuster® International reserves the right to sell the rig on a first come, first serve basis. Rigs and other items in stock require full payment before order will be released for shipping or pickup.
How do you handle shipping?
Shipping is FOB Jewett, Texas, USA. For international shipping we work with a shipping agent to provide you with the best possible quote for export shipping. Any import tax/duties are the responsibility of the customer.
What are your payment options?
We accept Wire Transfers (preferred method), bank issued cashier checks, money orders, personal/business checks, Paypal (Do not need a Paypal Account), or Credit Cards.
Drilling Rigs: Wire Transfers Only or Credit Cards (transaction fee may be applied for credit cards)
Other Products: Wire Transfers, Paypal (Do not need a Paypal Account. A 3.5% charge will be added for all international orders paid by credit card.), or Credit Cards.
What is typical lead time to produce a drilling rig?
For rigs not in stock build time is around 8 weeks, just depending on production levels and/or the availability of the major components (i.e.: engines, swivels, hydraulic parts).
Where are these drilling rigs manufactured?
Our manufacturing shop is located in Jewett, Texas-USA. Jewett is halfway between Houston and Dallas, 2.5 hrs from either International airport.
Can we come vist your facility in Jewett?
Yes we enjoy meeting the customers, all we ask is 48 hour notice.
Is training offered on the operation of the drilling rigs?
Yes, with purchase of a RockBuster® Drilling Rig we do offer free training at our facility in Jewett, Texas-USA (By appointment only). Training on average usually takes no more than 2 hours. Training entails learning how to operate the controls, maintenance that needs to be done and getting the customer comfortable with the rig itself.
What about replacement parts for the rigs?
The hydraulic hose and fittings, filters, and seals can usually be obtained at any auto and/or tractor parts store. For parts on the swivel please contact us.
Is there a warranty for the drilling rigs?
Yes, we give a 6 month or 600 hours (whichever comes first) limited warranty. It covers any manufacturing defects for the platform and mast fabrication. All other components come with their factory warranties (i.e.: Engines, mud pump, swivel, hydraulic motors).
